A man employed as auxiliary teaching staff in Neamț has been arrested for recruiting and sexually assaulting a minor student.

An auxiliary teaching staff member from Neamț County has been placed in preventive detention for 30 days, accused of recruiting and sexually assaulting a minor student. According to the Prosecutor's Office next to the Neamț Tribunal, the man allegedly abused his authority by offering the student money, goods, and other advantages to accept a sexual relationship.

The crimes included in the case are sexual assault against a minor, recruiting minors for sexual purposes, and the abusive use of function for sexual purposes, all in a continuous form. The court accepted the prosecutors' request for the preventive detention of the defendant, considering the seriousness of the acts.
