Romanian police have detained a 60-year-old Portuguese national suspected of trafficking high-risk drugs after he smuggled one kilogram of cocaine into the country. The man was caught in flagrante delicto in the municipality of Roman with about 360 grams of cocaine, which he intended to sell in Vaslui, Neamt and Iasi counties. DIICOT Neamț prosecutors requested his remand in custody for 30 days.
