Seven cars were involved in a pile-up on the A2 motorway on Monday, in Constanța County.

On the A2 motorway, in the Valea Dacilor area of Constanța County, a pile-up occurred involving seven cars. The incident took place at kilometer 190, near the town of Medgidia, and fortunately, there were no casualties.

Traffic was temporarily restricted in the direction towards Bucharest, requiring the use of a single lane until the police investigations were completed. Additionally, traffic in the Bucharest-Constanța direction was already congested since the morning, with high values on several sections. On DN39, from Agigea, traffic was moving slowly, bumper to bumper, indicating that many tourists were heading towards the coast. This situation was similar to the previous weekend when traffic was extremely heavy on certain stretches.
