<p>Hydrologists have warned of flood risks in Gorj and Mehedinți counties. Recent and forecast rainfall may cause massive runoff and flash floods. In addition, the ANM has issued a code red for the same counties, with rainfall of up to 20 l/mp, and in some areas accumulations of up to 70 l/mp have been recorded. The authorities advise the population to avoid near watercourses.
