The General Meeting of Shareholders of OMV Petrom approved a special dividend of 0.02 lei/share, which will be paid starting December 3, 2025.

The total value of dividends for 2025 amounts to 4 billion lei, which represents 96% of the net profit and 62% of the cash flow from the company's operating activities. This special dividend is added to the base dividend of 0.0444 lei/share, resulting in a total dividend yield of 9.1%. The Romanian state will receive approximately 800 million lei from these dividends, holding a 20.7% stake in the company. Additionally, updates to the corporate governance documents have been approved, in accordance with the new market regulations.
