Some Nordis victims protested outside the DNA headquarters, demanding the investigation of Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu and other politicians for alleged complicity in real estate scams. They accuse the authorities of failing to carry out the necessary checks and display protest messages. In the Nordis case, DIICOT has arrested several people, including Laura Vicol, the former head of the legal committee. Prosecutors are investigating an organized crime group that allegedly embezzled almost €200m and recently carried out raids in Romania and Monaco.
