Nicușor Dan announces that he will discuss with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, after the incident with the Ukrainian drone in the Port of Constanța, about a specific protocol for similar situations.

"No, but we will do it. Part of the discussion we had inside was about elements of a protocol that should work in situations like this," said Nicușor Dan when asked if he spoke with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky.

Nicușor Dan confirmed that the exploded drone was part of a set of four Ukrainian drones that lost control, but emphasized that the responsibility for this incident lies with the Russian Federation, considered the aggressor in the current conflict. Nicușor Dan reaffirmed that Ukraine is defending itself against Russian aggression and that any similar event must be analyzed in this context.
