An airport pilot at Tuzla International Airport observed on Saturday morning an unidentified object floating near the shore, in the Tuzla beach area, at 09:58. The report led to the mobilization of intervention teams, including the Coast Guard and EOD divers, to determine the nature of the object, which could be a drone part or a fragment detached from a similar device.

The prefect of Constanța, Adrian Picoiu, confirmed that ISU Dobrogea sent a special vehicle to secure the area. On the same day, in Năvodari, lifeguards retrieved another object from the water considered possibly a drone debris. This is not the first alert of this type, as several similar incidents have been reported on the Romanian coastline in recent weeks, and authorities continue to investigate the situation to assess potential risks. The identification of the object from Tuzla depends on the results of technical and explosive checks.
