RCA insurance premiums have increased, but the increases are below the inflation rate, with larger increases in Bucharest.

The President of the Competition Council, Bogdan Chirițoiu, announced that, after the removal of the cap, approximately two-thirds of RCA rates have increased, however these increases are, in general, below the inflation rate, with average increases of under 10%. In Bucharest, the increases have been more significant compared to other localities, and some categories, such as transporters, have even recorded decreases.
