The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, declared on Tuesday that the coach Mircea Lucescu is in a "critical condition" and is hospitalized in Intensive Care at the Bucharest Emergency University Hospital. The official emphasized that the prognosis is reserved and avoided providing details regarding the evolution of the health condition, insisting that the doctors are making every effort to stabilize the patient.

Meanwhile, the medical team continues to analyze therapeutic options, including the possibility of a cardiac mechanical assistance intervention (ECMO), with the decision to be made based on evaluations throughout the day.
