Mircea Abrudean stated that it is unacceptable for energy suppliers to try to avoid government measures aimed at supporting vulnerable consumers. He argued that the situation should be discussed within the CSAT and that the Ministry of Energy and ANRE must intervene. Sorin Grindeanu, the interim president of the PSD, called for explanations from the Minister of Energy and announced a discussion within the governing coalition to address issues related to energy billing, including the fact that some companies do not issue invoices to benefit from the increased VAT.
