The Ministry of Justice of Romania has communicated that, at present, there is no legal procedure related to brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate, who were arrested in Miami by American authorities. The Ministry emphasized that, in the event it receives an official request for judicial cooperation from a court or competent authority, it will act according to its competencies.

The Tate brothers are the subject of serious accusations, including rape and human trafficking, made by British prosecutors, who are seeking their extradition. In Romania, the two are being investigated for trafficking minors and other crimes related to sexual exploitation. Although they have been released from restrictions, their case continues to be controversial, and the accusations from the UK and Romania remain under the attention of the authorities.
