MAE centralizes requests from Romanian citizens in Israel and Iran and maintains contact with Romanian groups, including pilgrims in Bethlehem. Both countries' airspace remains closed and flights are canceled due to the security situation. The ministry is working with international partners to find the best safe repatriation options. Recommendations for citizens are available on the MFA website.
