Sunday evening's breakdown on a main pipe in the Mihai Bravu area affected the hot water supply in almost half of Bucharest. CET Progresu has been restarted and the system is being slowly charged to avoid further problems. Out of 950 district heating points, 370 are off and the rest are working. Bujduveanu promised that on Thursday the situation will improve.
