The general mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, stated that ELCEN needs to come to the Capital City Hall to discuss the financial situation, considering that PMB is the main client of the company. Ciucu emphasized that the entry into insolvency of Termoenergetica would automatically lead to the bankruptcy of ELCEN, which has benefited from funds from the Ministry of Energy for re-technologization. He criticized the way ELCEN defines its activity, mentioning that without the support of the City Hall and Termoenergetica, the company would be bankrupt.
