The chief prosecutor of DNA, Marius Voineag, states that the case against Florian Coldea is well-founded and will hold up in court: "I am very sure about this, because it is a case that I have closely monitored."

Marius Voineag stated that the case of the former deputy director of the SRI, Florian Coldea, will stand in court, being a well-prepared case. Coldea, along with other co-defendants, is accused of forming an organized criminal group and influence peddling, with precautionary measures of 500,000 euros and 1.5 million lei. Voineag emphasized that the death of General Dumitru Dumbravă will not affect the fate of the case, which is based on useful statements and solid evidence.
