A man was run over by a taxi in Vaslui, being found conscious but with serious injuries.

A serious accident occurred in Vaslui, where a man, estimated to be between 50 and 60 years old, was run over by a taxi. The incident took place after dark, and the driver stated that he did not see the victim lying on the asphalt.

After the impact, the taxi driver got out of the car and called for help. Upon the arrival of the medical teams, the man was found conscious but had a cranio-cerebral trauma and other injuries to his lower limbs, being transported in serious condition to the hospital. The Vaslui police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances of the accident and the identity of the victim, mentioning that the driver had not consumed alcohol and had no passengers at the time of the incident.
