A 35-year-old man from Roman, Neamț County, presented himself for the practical test of the driving license exam category B, being under the influence of alcohol. The examiner noticed the smell of alcohol and decided to test him with an alcohol breathalyzer, the result being 0.7 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. The man stated that he had consumed alcohol the night before. Due to this result, he was unable to take the practical test and was automatically rejected, and will need to be rescheduled for a new attempt, according to the current legislation.
