On November 22, a 34-year-old man from Drobeta Turnu Severin called the emergency service 112 without reason, causing a police intervention. Upon the arrival of the crew, the man, who was in an advanced state of intoxication, became aggressive and punched the windshield of the police vehicle, causing its destruction. The police informed him about the fine he would receive for the unjustified call, at which point he reacted violently. Following the evidence gathered, the man was detained for 24 hours and placed in the Center for Detention and Preventive Arrest, being investigated for destruction.
