A 42-year-old man from the commune of Sinești, Vâlcea, was fined the maximum amount of 13,200 lei for acts of cruelty towards animals. The incident was discovered by the police officers from the Animal Protection Bureau after the man posted a video on TikTok in which he forced his horse to pull a large piece of concrete, tying it with chains.

The horse stumbled in an attempt to pull the weight, and the agents immediately took notice. The police emphasize the importance of reporting cases of violence or mistreatment of animals, which are sanctioned according to the law.
