A woman alerted the Argeș Police on the night from Monday to Tuesday, claiming that she was assaulted by her husband, for whom a protection order had been issued for 12 months. The incident occurred around 00:30, when the 42-year-old man from Bogați followed her and forced her to go to his home, where he threatened and assaulted her.

The police intervened quickly, and the man was found and taken to the police station. A criminal case was opened for violating the protection order, domestic violence, and deprivation of liberty. The man was detained for 24 hours and will be presented to the Prosecutor's Office next to the Topoloveni Court for preventive measures. Investigations are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of the act.
