The Capital Police have placed a 41-year-old man under preventive arrest, accused of sexual assault against a 10-year-old minor, an incident that took place on September 2. The police were alerted via a 112 call and initiated an investigation under the coordination of a specialized prosecutor. The man allegedly followed the girl on the street, taking advantage of her vulnerability, and sexually assaulted her. After gathering evidence, he was detained and arrested for 30 days.
