A 43-year-old man from the commune of Adămuș, Mureș County, was detained by the police on November 21, after being stopped for a check on Avram Iancu Street in the commune of Cetatea de Baltă, Alba County. At the time of the stop, the man refused to be tested with the breathalyzer, which is why he was taken to the hospital for biological sample collection. The tests showed a concentration of 2.93 g/l of pure alcohol in the blood for the first sample and 2.76 g/l for the second sample. Following these findings, the man was detained for 24 hours for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and will be presented to the Prosecutor's Office next to the Blaj Court for legal measures.
