Lieutenant Colonel Dan Colniceanu, aged 35, died after being caught in an avalanche in the Bucegi Mountains, in the area of the Coștila Valley. A graduate of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Police Academy, he dedicated 12 years of his career to saving lives, being an integral part of ISU Brașov.
