The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) announces that the temporary rate cap on motor liability insurance (MTPL) policies will be lifted as of July 1, 2025. Although the ASF and the main players in the insurance market believe that liberalization will not create major imbalances, brokers warn that certain segments of the market will experience significant increases in rates.
