Lawyer of Călin Georgescu, sent in front of the court after allegedly entering without permission into the office of the head of ANAF Bucharest and disrupting an official meeting.

Lawyer Petre-Mircea Bogdan, known as one of the defenders of Călin Georgescu, has been brought before the court by prosecutors from the Prosecutor's Office next to the Bucharest Court of Appeal for violating the professional premises, after allegedly entering without permission into the office of the director of ANAF Bucharest and disrupting a meeting regarding the execution of a final confiscation measure ordered by the court.

According to investigators, he allegedly falsely invoked an audience to enter a restricted area of the institution and subsequently refused to leave the premises, despite repeated requests from the management. The lawyer's name also appears in another criminal case, after he was detained by police in Voluntari last summer, being accused of attempting to sexually assault a 15-year-old minor.
