The Labor Ministry carried out a national control campaign, checking 814 employers and imposing 1,087 sanctions, including fines of 2.361 million lei. Serious non-compliances were identified, such as undeclared work and lack of protective equipment. Measures have been ordered to correct these problems, and the Labor Inspectorate will continue to monitor and intensify controls to reduce accidents at work and ensure compliance with safety rules.
