The transaction includes the entire Brico Dépôt network, consisting of 31 stores in 24 cities, distribution operations, as well as the headquarters in Bucharest. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the first half of 2025. Brico Dépôt Romania will continue business as usual during this transition, maintaining its commitments to customers, employees and partners.
