ANPC commissioners discovered a number of irregularities, including dirty classrooms, moldy and damp walls, broken windows, live insects in the food block, broken beds with soiled linen. Expired medicines were also found, as well as lack of ISU authorization and other mandatory documents. Because of the irregularities, the presence of a control team from the Bucharest Public Health Directorate was requested.
