In 2025, eJobs.ro reported over 24 million searches, the most for the position of driver, with 1.35 million, although it decreased by 14.9% compared to last year. Accountants were in second place, with 681,000 searches, recording a growth of 51.8%. Nurses and call center operators also had increased interest, with 626,000 and 534,000 searches, respectively. The call center/BPO sector was a major employer, having 37,000 job openings available.

Searches for engineers increased by 55%, reaching 530,000. Remote jobs grew by 48%, but represent only 3.6% of the total available positions. Average salaries vary significantly, from 3,900 lei for call center operators to over 15,000 lei for engineers, reflecting the diversity of the labor market in Romania.
