Jean Vișan has been appointed interim general director of Romsilva, following a transparent selection process, according to the Ministry of Environment.

The selection procedure for the position of interim general director of Romsilva was carried out transparently, including recorded interviews and a public debate. Jean Vișan, a forestry engineer with 24 years of experience, will lead Romsilva during a crucial period for the reform of the institution. The Minister of Environment, Diana Buzoianu, emphasized the importance of responsible and transparent management in protecting the national forest heritage.
