Ioan Varga, the owner of the CFR Cluj club, is facing serious financial problems, being subject to forced execution due to debts. A real estate complex in Cluj, valued at nearly 4 million euros, has been put up for public auction by a court executor. The property, owned by the company NEVA CONSTRUCT INVEST S.R.L., is being sold to recover outstanding amounts from a Mortgage Loan Agreement signed in 2019. The auction will take place on November 26, and Varga will not be able to participate, either personally or through intermediaries. The property includes a villa and the Granata hotel in Cluj-Napoca, with a total area of 707 square meters.
