Vâlcea: The victim of a road accident, injured again after the ambulance she was in collided with a sanitation truck.

A man was injured in two separate road accidents, one in Câinenii Mari and another on DN 7, in the locality of Gura Văii, where an ambulance collided with a garbage truck. According to the Romanian Police Traffic Center, the patient suffered new injuries from the impact but was transported to the hospital in a state of consciousness.

Traffic on DN 7 is flowing on a single lane, alternately, under police supervision, and the normalization of traffic is estimated around 1:00 PM. The victim is entitled to separate compensation for each accident, considering that each incident is treated as a distinct legal event.

Medical evaluation and forensic reports are essential to establish the injuries sustained and to claim compensation from the RCA insurers of the at-fault drivers. The right to claim damages generally expires within 3 years from the date of the accident.
