On July 11, 2025, a brawl between two families took place in front of the University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest, involving clubs, machetes and knives. Although there were no injuries, six people were remanded in custody for 30 days and 18 others were fined. Police quickly intervened, identifying and interviewing the participants, and the objects used in the conflict were confiscated. Investigations are continuing under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Sector 5 District Court.
