At a meeting with the young liberals from Maramureș, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan discussed political responsibility, emphasizing that it means perseverance and not shying away from difficulties. Bolojan mentioned historical figures such as Iuliu Maniu and highlighted the responsibility that young liberals have towards their legacy. He noted that, although times are difficult, he will continue to do what he considers necessary for the country, holding a mandate at the head of PNL. The Prime Minister also discussed the challenges encountered in appointing individuals to positions, emphasizing the importance of competence and respect in politics.
Additionally, Bolojan laid a wreath at the Poor Cemetery and visited the Memorial of the Victims of Communism, reaffirming his commitment to the youth and to Romania. Criticisms from social-democratic leaders were mentioned, referring to the perception that some leaders consider themselves "Messiahs".
