At the graduation ceremony of the 2026 class from the West University of Timișoara, interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan spoke about the recipe for success, based on hard work, passion, and respect. Reflecting on his professional journey, Bolojan emphasized that he came from a rural background and had to make considerable efforts to catch up with his peers.

He graduated from university at the age of 33 and went through various professional stages, from mathematics teacher to entrepreneur and politician. He highlighted that success does not come without constant work and perseverance, providing examples from his personal experience. Bolojan discussed the challenges faced in the '90s when he attended two universities simultaneously, and emphasized that results are achieved through involvement and sustained effort, not just through statements.
