Horațiu Potra has lodged an appeal against the decision to arrest him in absentia, as he is wanted together with his son and grandson.

Horațiu Potra's lawyer is preparing the grounds of his appeal, trying to persuade other Supreme Court magistrates to revoke the arrest decision. Potra is in Dubai and is on the wanted list. He is wanted on charges of attempted actions against the constitutional order, failure to comply with the arms and ammunition regime and failure to comply with the explosive materials regime.
