The results of the computerized distribution to high school for the graduates of the 8th grade have been published / 62% of the candidates were admitted to their first expressed choice.

The results of the computerized allocation for admission to the 9th grade in 2026 have been published on the official website admitere.edu.ro and displayed on the notice boards of educational institutions. Graduates of the 8th grade can check the high school to which they have been allocated by entering the individual code received at the National Evaluation.

The lists are available by counties, including information about the remaining available places.

Over 33,600 high school places remained unoccupied after the first stage of the computerized allocation for admission to high school 2026, according to data published by the Ministry of Education and Research. Of these, 3,131 are in Bucharest, 1,370 in Iași, 1,367 in Prahova, 1,272 in Cluj, 1,228 in Suceava, and 1,118 in Mureș. More than 1,000 unoccupied places remain in Bacău and Bihor.

The places will be filled in the second stage of admission, organized between July 31 and August 18.

The results are final in the first stage, except for appeals. After the results are posted, students must confirm their place by submitting the enrollment file between July 23 and 28, 2026. The required documents include the enrollment application, copies of identity documents, and medical certificates. Physical presence or legal authorization is essential, and failure to confirm the place will result in its loss. The enrollment schedule varies depending on the high school.
