Health Minister Alexandru Rafila believes that the closure of schools in Baia Mare was an exaggerated measure because the germ that causes the disease does not survive in the external environment. He stressed that the decision was taken by local authorities without consulting the Ministry of Health. Rafila asked for clarification in this case and stressed the importance of maintaining a balance between measures to protect public health and the decisions of the authorities.
