The number of fruits and vegetables contaminated with pesticides has increased significantly, including imported products. Most problems were found in tomatoes.

Intensified controls this year have led to the discovery of 28 products contaminated with pesticides, including fruit, vegetables and cereals. Most problems were found in tomatoes, followed by green onions. Toxic substances were also found in dill, parsley, apples, celery and eggplant.
