Sorin Grindeanu, the leader of PSD, warned that Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan must collaborate with all political actors to implement the necessary reforms in the field of justice. Grindeanu emphasized that, despite understanding Bolojan's desire to get directly involved, he cannot act alone. The refusal to engage in dialogue will lead to the resumption of procedures on his own and, implicitly, to a new failure, with political consequences for Bolojan.

The Prime Minister stated that the reform of judges' pensions remains a goal assumed by the Government, mentioning that the Constitutional Court did not reject the project on its merits, but only on procedural grounds. Grindeanu insisted on the importance of transparency and collaboration in the reform process.
