Gasoline and diesel prices are significantly decreasing. What offers are available?

Fuel prices have dropped again on Friday, after some companies reduced their prices at the pump: gasoline has reached 8.59 lei/liter at Rompetrol stations, while standard diesel ranges between 10.09 lei and 10.28 lei/liter, depending on the network.

This decrease comes after a price increase of 15 bani/l, followed by a drop of over 70 bani in the next two days. OMV also reduced the price of gasoline by 10 bani/l, reaching 9.33 lei/l, but increased the price of diesel by 10 bani/l, which is now 10.18 lei/l. At Lukoil stations, gasoline costs 9.22 lei/l, while at MOL and Socar, it is 9.43 lei/l, over 80 bani more than at Rompetrol. Diesel prices vary between 10.09 lei/l at Petrom and 10.28 lei/l at MOL, while at Rompetrol and Lukoil, diesel is 10.27 lei/l.

A new decrease in the price of diesel by 36 bani/l is expected, following the adoption of the emergency ordinance that reduces the excise duty on diesel by 30 bani/l.
