FROO, the brand under which the Polish chain Żabka operates, announces the opening of 1,000 stores in Romania and Poland, with funding of approximately €11 million from Romania and €32.9 million from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. These shops, which specialize in local products, offer a wide range of items, from food to drinks. FROO aims to double its number of customers in Romania by 2028, consolidating its position as a major player in the convenience retail market.
