Shein will invest €500 million in expanding its logistics hub near Wroclaw, Poland, strengthening the country’s role as a strategic center for the company’s European operations. The investment brings the total amount allocated by Shein in Poland since entering the market in 2022 to approximately €1 billion.
The expansion will increase the warehouse space to approximately one million square meters and include more than 6,500 autonomous robots for replenishment, order sorting and preparation. The company estimates that the number of employees at the hub will exceed 10,000 by the end of 2026, in areas such as logistics, technology and supply chain management.
The center already enables the delivery of some orders within approximately 48 hours in certain European markets. Shein works with more than 230 Polish SMEs, while the Marketplace platform, launched in Poland in April 2025, includes more than 500 local brands and retailers. The expansion is being carried out in partnership with Logicor and aims to support sales by the company and European merchants.
