Four of the six sections of the Cluj Metropolitan Belt have been published in SEAP, following the termination of the contract with the association Dimex-Integral-Hudrostroy.

The administration led by Emil Boc has published four of the six sections of the Metropolitan Belt in SEAP, as part of a major infrastructure project. It has unilaterally terminated the contract with the Dimex-Integral-Hudrostroy association on grounds of fraud. The project targets the TransRegio Feleac TR35 Road and includes design and execution contracts, with a total duration of 48 months, of which 17 months for design and 31 for execution. The open auction is based on the best quality-price ratio and is intended for companies with solid experience in infrastructure. The Metropolitan Belt is one of the largest investments in Cluj-Napoca, aimed at alleviating traffic congestion and quickly connecting metropolitan areas.
