Four men have been placed under judicial control for 60 days after being involved in a brawl in a bar in Sector 4 of the Capital on January 23. The incident, which was triggered by alcohol consumption, escalated into a spontaneous fight among several individuals of Nepalese origin. As a result of the conflict, one man suffered a head injury and required medical attention, while three others sustained superficial injuries.
The bar manager mentioned that several items were destroyed, but he did not wish to file a complaint. The case has been taken over by the Criminal Investigation Office of Section 16, and the four men are being prosecuted for assault or other violence and disturbing public order and peace.
