Florin Bădiță, the president of the Corruption Kills Association, reacted after his organization was mentioned in Decision no. 1348/09.06.2026 of the Section for judges of the CSM, which denounces a "unprecedented attack" on justice.

Bădiță emphasizes that it is not civil society that threatens justice, but the lack of responsibility within the system. He wonders how those named in the CSM document can benefit from a fair trial, considering they are seen as adversaries of justice. Bădiță states that justice must be perceived as impartial by citizens, not just be impartial in the judges' conscience.

CSM declared that the actions of defamation aimed to promote changes in the judicial system, and Bădiță insists on the fundamental right to an independent tribunal.
