Following a letter opened by Alina Alexandru, who detailed her sister's unpleasant experience at the Burn Center, manager Bogdan Zidaru said he would personally coordinate an internal investigation. Zidaru was deeply saddened by the account of her suffering and promised transparency about the findings of the investigation. He emphasized the importance of communication between medical staff and patients, recognizing that negligence in this regard can seriously damage patients' trust in the medical system.
