A strong flood affected traffic on National Road 7, in the area of the locality Câineni, Vâlcea County, covering the roadway and penetrating into the yard of a local company. The alarm for the firefighters was raised at 23:28, and teams from the Râmnicu Vâlcea Detachment and the Brezoi station were mobilized for intervention. For almost three hours, firefighters used four special vehicles equipped with water pumps to evacuate the water, which covered an area of approximately 70 square meters on the road, with a depth of 30-40 centimeters, flooding a traffic lane. In the premises of the affected company, the flooded area exceeded 100 square meters. The intervention was successfully completed, restoring traffic and reducing risks for the economic area, without any casualties being reported.
