The airport in Iași has experienced significant disruptions due to dense fog, which led to the rerouting of several flights. Flights from Basel and Venice, scheduled to land in Iași, were diverted to the airport in Bacău.

The WizzAir flight from Venice, which was supposed to arrive in Iași at 18:40, missed its landing and flew for over an hour before landing in Bacău at 20:00. Additionally, the flight from Basel, scheduled for 19:05, was rerouted. Other flights, including two from Otopeni, may be affected on Friday evening. Iași County is under a yellow code for fog, with reduced visibility, according to ANM.
